As a family, we love travelling and exploring new places whenever we can. Now we have our little explorers with us it is all about finding family friendly destinations while never losing the sense of adventure. When we travel we are always on the go and spend so much time outdoors.
I have a deep love and connection with sunny outside places. I grew up playing in the outdoors with my friends from the morning till the evening and I’ve never lost that childhood wanderlust.
I love the forest, the sea, sun and adventure, and I try to reflect this beauty in my photography. I like to stay up late and take in light summer evenings.
Hi, I am Baiba, a maternity, newborn, wedding and all things family photographer based in Bedford, Bedfordshire. I am also mum to two sweet and adorable children and wife to cricket-loving husband James.
I always wanted to be a photographer but was too eager to settle into a new country, a new job and spent all my energy to create a family. Unfortunately it took us too many years to become parents, with not much headspace for anything else. It all changed after my daughter was born and all I wanted to do was to follow my dream. I decided to launch my photography business and do what I love and what I am proud of.
I began my love story with photography when I was just a little girl. I loved spending time looking at our family album, especially images where I am a baby. I particularly loved those images of myself, a little bundle placed in the baby cot just brought back from hospital. These images were captured by a family member and they mean a lot to me.
Studio
Bee Moon Studio is located in Bedford and is a very cozy and warm space for Newborn, Cake Smash, Milestone and Maternity sessions. It is made with love and hard work and you can say it is home away from home.
There is everything you need during your session starting from a hot cup of coffee, snacks, changing facilities and more. You do not need to worry about intimidating studios, unsafe spaces for children or how much you have to pack with you. This is a space for you to come and relax while your baby is taking care of and beautiful memories are made.
